Collect all three colors of wings!
Details:
Wings are available for male and female avatars.
You can get the artisans to craft red, purple, or black wings. To collect all three colors, you must complete the crafting of all three pairs of wings. After you craft and collect any pair of Wings, you can immediately equip your avatar with those Wings.
To craft the wings you are going to need Devil’s Hide.
Devil’s Hide is giftable, just like any other ability you already own.
There are six ways to collect Devil’s Hide: Gifting Mystery Boxes, Harvesting them from the Collector, receiving drops from Akem’s Gamble, Mandy’s Blood Magic Wheel, the Ancient Vampiric Chest found in missions, and finally, the Elder’s will be offering all three colors of Devil’s Hide for Favor Points.
You must have the necessary Devil’s Hide for the Artisans to craft the Wings for you.
If you choose to exchange Devil’s Hide to get the Artisans to begin crafting your Wings, the process will take seven days. If you are eager, you can have your friends help you reduce the crafting time, or you may bribe the Artisans with Favor Points to craft them faster.
Bonuses:
For the Black Wings the bonus is +10 defense and +5 rage.
For the Purple Wings the bonus is +10 energy and +5 rage.
For the Red Wings the bonus is +10 attack and +5 rage.
For completing and crafting all three pairs of Wings, you will be rewarded with an additional stat bonus of +10 Attack, +10 Defense and +5 Rage.
If you would like to preview the Wings on your avatar before you craft them, you can check out the avatar shop where you can try the Wings on. To locate this feature, go to the Avatar Shop on the “New Items” tab or the “Other” tab. The “Try On” button will be available for you to sample what the fantastic new wings will look like on your avatar.

The Making of Mandyland

I thought you might enjoy the very first thoughts that the Vampire Wars team had when they came up with Mandyland!
Below, you will find Mandy’s story from concept to design for each level. Keep in mind that the top image is the concept we were toying with, or very first draft, and the bottom image is our final version that you all got to see when you played.
I know you all appreciate the hard work that goes into the art, so I thought I’d show you how we come up with this stuff!
Notice how far the art comes from first draft to final image.
We start with a basic idea, sketch it out, and give it to our awesome team of artists. They take the team ideas and create masterpieces with them.

You can get them through missions or by receiving them as free gifts from your friends.
Why do I need all this stuff?
You’ll just have to play and see!

Farmville: Spring Basket !

You can now send Spring Eggs to your friends and trade them in for special items!

Spring Basket:

With the Spring Basket you can collect Spring Eggs from your friends, then trade them in for special items.

Open your giftbox and you’ll find a Spring Basket waiting for you.

After you place the Spring Basket on your Farm, you will see the following pop-up.
In order to collect Spring Eggs, you’ll have to receive them from friends, either as gifts or finding them on their farm during fertilizing. Clicking the ‘Ask for Eggs’ button will allow you to send a single Spring Egg to any of your friends (just like the Free Gifts page), and give them the chance to send you one in return. (Note: You can only Ask for or Send Love to 10 Neighbors every 24 hours.)

Friends can also send Spring Eggs from the Free Gifts page:

As stated in the message you receive when first opening the Spring Basket, new farmers that have been playing for 7 days or less can send out more Eggs at a time. New farmers can send three Spring Eggs to a single friend.

Upon receiving and accepting a Spring Egg it will appear in your gift box. Clicking "Use" will place the gift in your box automatically. As you collect gifts, each item you can unlock will be revealed as you collect the proper amount of gifts, and the "redeem" button will become available for each item. Clicking "Redeem" will award you the gift in return for the proper amount of Spring Eggs.

You can also find Spring Eggs while fertilizing your neighbors' crops.
post a Feed to your wall to alert your Friends of how well you’re doing and give them a chance to collect a free Spring Egg. 10 Neighbors will be able to collect one free Spring Egg when clicking on the feed within 24 hours. When you return to your farm, your new Spring Egg will be waiting for you in your Gifts Box.

For your neighbors that have just recently started playing FarmVille, you have a chance to find a stash of three Spring Eggs while fertilizing their crops. This works just like the single egg feed, except that the feed you post will allow neighbors to collect three eggs instead of one, and you will receive three eggs.

Every 5 Spring Eggs you collect, you’ll be able to post a Feed to your wall to alert your Friends of how well you’re doing and give them a chance to collect a free Spring Egg. 10 Neighbors will be able to collect one free Spring Egg when clicking on the feed within 24 hours.

For each notch on the meter of your Spring Egg progress bar, your basket will change appearance, overflowing with more and more gifts.

Castle Age: Arena Begins March 24th!

Arena begins on Wednesday, March 24th! Sign up for Arena now! Once sign-up is completed, you will be entered into the Arena on Wednesday, when the battle begins! You can also view the rewards of Arena here.

Minimum level to participate in Arena is level 80 so if you are not there yet, you still have time!

Rules:
- Win Battles on Arena Page to earn Arena Points
- Each Battle requires 5 Stamina
- Your character will be automatically healed periodically and summoned forth into battles, even if you are not logged on
- Your rank will be given to you at the end of each day
- Your rank is based on the number of Arena Points relative to all other Arena participants
- The higher your Opponent's Rank relative to yours, the more Arena Points you receive for winning
- Opponents of lower rank will yield fewer Arena Points per win and also result in more Arena Points lost per loss
- At the end of each day, you will be awarded a rank relative to all Arena participants
- Your current rank at the end of the Arena season will determine your final rank and your rewards
- You will receive rewards for your rank as well as all ranks below it

Farmville: Foals!

New Stallions can now be found wandering around FarmVille that will allow you to get Foals from your Horse Stable!

Horse Stables:

Periodically, you will receive a pop-up informing you that a “Wandering Stallion” has appeared on your farm. This pop-up will allow you to post a feed to your wall. Ten of your Neighbors can click on this feed to give shelter to the Wandering Stallion.

Unlike other “Lonely” animals, the Wandering Stallion is an event, and is NOT a permanent animal that can be kept on your Farm.

If you choose to give the Wandering Stallion shelter, he will automatically be placed into your Horse Stable. If you have a Wandering Stallion, you have a chance of receiving a Foal the next time you collect from your Stable.

If you already have a Wandering Stallion in your Horse Stable, you will not be able to get another. Clicking on multiple Wandering Stallion feeds from your Neighbors will not increase the chances of a Foal being born.

When a Foal is born, you will receive a pop-up informing you that your newborn is eager to explore the world. This pop-up will allow you to post a feed to your wall. Five of your Neighbors can click on this feed to receive a Foal.

The type of Foal you receive is determined by the types of horse in your Stable. Please note that the Pink Pony, Brown Pony, High Kick Horse and Spectator Horse will produce a Brown Foal.

Once you harvest from your Stable and find a Foal, you will have to click on a new Wandering Stallion feed to have a chance of making another foal.

The Limited Edition “White Stallion” can be placed inside your Horse Stable and will act like a permanent Wandering Stallion. Each time you harvest from your Stable you will have a chance to find a Foal. If you receive a Foal, you will not get a consumable. If you do not get a Foal when collecting from your Stable, you still have a chance of receiving an Arborist, Farm Hand or 100 XP.

Baby Foals can be brushed every 24 hours and cannot be placed inside your Horse Stable.

If the Wandering Stallion does not give you a Foal and you also do not get a Consumable, you will receive a coin bonus.

Additional Notes:

The two building components for the Stable that are featured on the Free Gifts page will now change on a weekly basis.
The two building components for the Maison that are featured on the Free Gifts page will now change on a weekly basis.
The Collectable Free Gifts that are featured on the Free Gifts page will now change on a daily basis.

By completing Missions in the old world you can gain up to 10 Carnival Tickets per Mission.
Facebook Users can earn up to 7 Tickets in the Ancient Vampiric Chest
You can gift 3 Carnival Tickets at a time.
You can earn 60 Carnival Tickets from the Collector every 24 hours.

There is now a faster way to allocate your skill points. You can still assign points 1 at a time, or you can use the +5 button to put 5 into one category.

To see the new screen, go to your Profile. You'll now see +1 and +5 buttons next to each skill category.

Select +1 to assign points the same way you always have. Or, save time by selecting +5 to put all points into one category.

Strategy Tip: Consider rotating your points each time you level. Use +5 to put all to attack on your next level, +5 to put all to defense on the following level, and so on.

Farmville: La Maison!

You can now build your very own decorative La Maison building!

La Maison:

The La Maison foundation can be purchased from the Buildings section of Market for 5,000 Coins.

Once you’ve placed the Foundation on your farm, you will be prompted with a message letting you know that you can post a feed to ask you friends for help building your Maison.

Clicking the "Share" button will give you the option to post a feed to your wall asking your Neighbors for help.

In order to complete your La Maison, you’ll need to finish building it. Selecting ‘Look Inside’ from your foundation’s menu will show you what you need to complete your La Maison.

When you first place the foundation, you’ll have one Slate Tile already. In order to build a complete La Maison you’ll need 10 of each item. You can get these items one of two ways:

1. From neighbors via the Free Gifts menu.

Neighbors can send you the components you need to build your La Maison. Your Neighbors will be able to send you two of the five types of building components to help you complete your La Maison.

Please note that the two components displayed on the Free Gifts Page are randomized. As such, the components displayed on the Free Gifts Page may be different for each user.

When neighbors send you a building component, it works exactly like any other free gift. After you accept the gift it will appear in your gift box.

After clicking the "use" button under the gift it will automatically be added to your La Maison.

2. Purchasing components from the Market,

You can purchase components required to build your La Maison from the Market for 1 Farm Cash per item.

When you reach 25 items, you’ll receive pop-up that will allow you to post a feed to your wall. The first ten neighbors to click this feed will receive a random building component for their own La Maison construction.

When you complete your La Maison, you will receive a popup asking you if you’d like to share the news with your friends. Clicking the Share button on this popup will give you the option to post a feed to your wall that will give up to five neighbors who click on it a free Provencal Pot.

Please remember that the La Maison is only a decorative item. It does not have any additional functionality.

You will be able to store the La Maison in storage once it is complete.

You will only be able to have ONE buildable La Maison on your Farm (even when it’s complete you will be unable to start building a new one).

Alternatively, you can have an infinite number of the La Maisons if they are purchased with Farm Cash.

We released a new limited edition item- three stunning Familiars. They are only available for one week!

Your Familiar will appear in a unique position next to your avatar image.

Players who purchase the Black Jaguar will then be able to buy the Snow Leopard! After that, the “Fire” Jaguar will be available!

When you purchase a Familiar, you will receive the following one-time stat bonuses that is immediately added to your character:

* The Black Jaguar: +5 attack and +5 defense and +3 rage
* The Snow Leopard: +10 attack and +10 defense and +5 rage
* The Fire Jaguar: +15 attack and +15 defense and +10 rage

All bonuses are cumulative, so don’t miss out, Collect them all!

The total bonus you can receive is +30 attack, +30 defense, and +18 rage.

To purchase these limited edition items, go to the avatar shop and click on “new items” to find these beautiful creatures. Buy them for yourself or your friends!

Once you have tamed all three Jaguars, go to the avatar editor. The familiar will appear in the category “Other” under the sub-category “Familiar.”

Remember that purchasing one Jaguar does not reset the countdown to the end of this awesome event!

Castle Age:Master and Apprentice !

Vampire wars: Opps !

Bug:
Due to a series of technical issues, players were able to collect more than one copy of Epic Circle of Warding.
Players should only be able to collect/be in possession of one copy of Epic Circle of Warding.
Resolution:
We’re currently running a script to ensure that:
1. ONLY players who have completed the Undead Legends avatar set have the LE.
2. No players has more than 1 of this LE (excepting Admins).
What this means for you:
If you only have a single copy of Epic Circle of Warding, you will not be effected by this change.
For players that have gathered more than a copy of ECoW, your excess copies of the ability will be removed until you are in possession of only one.
Further, if you received an ECoW without completing the Undead Legends event, that ability will be removed from your inventory until you complete it.

Farmville: Pot's of Gold !

Players that are currently at level 12 or higher in Farmville can unlock the ability to purchase a Hot Rod Harvester that can harvest up to 9 plots at a time. (3 x 3)

There are two ways you can acquire the new Hot Rod Harvester.

You can purchase the Hot Rod Harvester for 55 Farm Cash from the Market.

Mogul

The Mogul Class will now earn more cash for jobs completed in all cities.

Fearless

The Fearless Class will now gain stamina more quickly, instead of health.

Maniac

The Maniac Class was not changed, they now have some competition for being the best class to be!

Note about Top Mafia: Any player currently listed in a Top Mafia position will not be removed from this position if they change classes. However, if removed from a Top Mafia position they will no longer be able to fill a class specific spot if the class does not match the required Top Mafia description.

Vampire Wars: Update to Gifting

Hey folks,

We just did a major overhaul of the systems supporting gifting in order to make things more robust.

There are no major functional differences other than the fact that gifting should be much less glitchy now.

One material difference is that the system will only track 100 unaccepted gifts. If you haven't accepted your gifts when the 101st gift comes in it will release the first gift in the queue. In other words - first in, first out.

Please let us know if you spot any problems with how the gifting system is working.

Vampire Wars: New Collector Items, New Combat Filter

The Collector has a few new items for you and a new way to Collect! We’ve also upped the “Open Combat” level cap.
Collect Early:
Currently, you can bribe Jeremy to give you items you were a bit late collecting. Now, you can bribe him to give you items you might have shown up too early to collect.

When you visit the Collector, you’ll see a button that says: “Collect Early for {X} Favor Points”. Clicking this button will allow you to collect your item before the you normally would be able to.
Read on for more information about Collecting Early and scroll to the bottom for information on the new Combat Brackets.

*Note: The button will not have a confirmation popup. It will automatically deduct the FP.
The price of the bribe will depend on how long before you’re due to collect. The more time left before your item to arrives, the more you’ll be charged to collect early.
For every four hours you are early, you’ll be charged 1 Favor Point, rounded up.
Example: If you show up to collect a Deadbull Energy Boost 5.5 hours early, you’ll be charged 2 Favor Points.
Remember:

Using the Collect Early feature is the same as showing up on time to collect something. That means it will count toward your achievements.
Using the Collect Early feature will still grant a chance to unlock the rare LE item.

New Combat Filter:
Previously, once you hit level 70, you would enter what was referred to as “Open Combat”. That essentially meant that you could be attacked by any player of any level the moment you have 70.
We are changing that cap to level 125, appropriate for most players that participate in combat.
Before reaching level 125 you will be matched with opponents that are closer to your level.
Be Prepared:

If you’re getting close to level 125, make sure you have 501 clan members to fight alongside.
Gather powerful Abilities to make sure you’re on par with the other combatants.
Attack and Defense stats are very important, check out other strong Vamps to see how much of each you should have.

You can now get bonus coins once per day when your neighbors comment on your wall and visit your pet! Help your neighbors earn extra coins by visiting them and leaving comments every day. To receive your bonus, simply open your comment wall every day!

We have also made improvements to the buttons located on the lower half of the screen. These icons have been made smaller and moved down on the screen allowing you more room to pick up trash on the ground.

Farmville: Removal of Excess Chicken Coops!

Hey Farmers,

When the Chicken Coop feature was initially released, it was not intended for users to be able to have more than one chicken coop per farm.

Due to various glitches and bugs in the past few weeks, certain users were able to place multiple chicken coops on their farms, which is a violation of FarmVille policy.

In order to rectify this situation, the FarmVille team has removed all excess Chicken Coops. This means that all users who are in possession of more than one Chicken Coop will be affected by this release.

To ensure our players are not overly inconvenienced by this change, all chickens that are in excess coops will be placed in your Gift Box. If you have more than 30 Chickens in multiple coops, your gift box will expand to accommodate all of them. This should ensure that you do not lose any chickens that are housed in excess coops.

In addition to this, we will leave the most valuable Chicken Coop on your farm. For example: if you are in possession of two chicken coops, one will be removed. If one Coop has 20 chickens and the other Coop has 3, we will leave the coop with 20 chickens on your farm.

This update will be completed in stages over the next few days, as it is a fairly complicated fix. This means that certain users will lose their additional coops before others.

We understand that many of our players enjoy having multiple Chicken Coops, however allowing this is something that threatens the stability of FarmVille. Having multiple coops increases the chances of producing Mystery Eggs. Having too many Mystery Eggs present in the FarmVille economy can unbalance the game. To ensure the health and longevity of FarmVille, we must limit the number of Chicken Coops to one per user.

After this release, being in possession of multiple Chicken Coops may result in consequences, as additional coops can only be obtained via cheating or hacking. If you would like to report a user for having multiple coops, please feel free to contact Zynga Customer Support.

Mafia Wars: New York Properties Upgrade

We have more cool updates coming your way on Mafia Wars! This time we're revamping the New York properties. We'll be introducing some changes to promote the return of robbing, so read on and check out the upgrades we're planning on making...

1) We'll have properties switched to Flash mode, so make sure you have the latest version (http://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/).

2) We'll be getting rid of 'undeveloped space'. The costs of undeveloped space will be folded into the costs of the updated properties. If you currently have any undeveloped properties, it’ll be sold off and you'll have your money returned to you.

3) Instead of owning 30 Mega Casinos, you will have 1 Mega Casino, but it will have been upgraded 30
times.

4) You won't be able to sell properties anymore, but you can continue to upgrade them. If you still haven't earned your "Cashing Out" achievement, do it soon!

5) All properties will have the same payout over time that they currently do, but some of the rates will change. They will take between 8 hours and 2 days to fill up. For example, say you currently owned 2 mega casinos. They produce $1,800,000 every 3 hours for you to collect. In the new system, you will now own a single level 2 Mega Casino, and it will produce $28,800,000 every 48 hours for you to collect.

6) You can only collect on your property once it is done producing. There will be progress bars and countdown timers letting you know how long it will be before you can collect on each property.

7) Properties will no longer "shut down". *Note: This only affects users who have started playing in the last few months.

8) People who have Rackets will be folded into the new system as well, but that change will take place a week or two after the launch of the new properties.

An important point we want to emphasize is that you will NOT be losing any money when we change the New York properties; it will all stay within the game. These upgrades are going hand-in-hand with the robbing feature that we'll be bringing back due to popular demand.

Farmville: Stables !

Hey Farmers!

You can now build your very own Horse Stable!

Please find more information about the Horse Stable feature below:

Horse Stables:

Upon entering Farmville you’ll receive the following Message of the Day.

After clicking the ‘OK’ button, you will be taken to your Gift Box where you will receive the Horse Stable Foundation.

You can also purchase the Horse Stable foundation from the decorations section of Market for 5,000 Coins.

Once you’ve placed the Foundation on your farm, you will be prompted with a message letting you know that you can post a feed to ask you friends for help building your stable.

Clicking the "Share" button will give you the option to post a feed to your wall. Up to 10 of your Neighbors can click on this feed to receive 100 Coins.

In order to use your Horse Stable, you’ll need to finish building it. Selecting ‘Look Inside’ from your foundation’s menu will show you what you need to complete your Horse Stable.

When you first place the foundation, you’ll have one Brick already. In order to build a complete stable you’ll need 10 of each item. You can get these items one of two ways:

1. From neighbors via the Free Gifts menu.

Neighbors can send you the components you need to build your Stable. Your Neighbors will be able to send you two of the five types of building components to help you complete your horse stables.

Please note that the two components displayed on the Free Gifts Page are randomized. As such, the components displayed on the Free Gifts Page may be different for each user. These two components are changed weekly.

When neighbors send you a building component, it works exactly like any other free gift. After you accept the gift it will appear in your gift box.

After clicking the "use" button under the gift it will automatically be added to your Horse Stable.

2. Purchasing components from the Market,

You can purchase components required to build your Horse Stable from the Market for 1 Farm Cash per item.

When you reach 25 items, you’ll receive pop-up that will allow you to post a feed to your wall. The first ten neighbors to click this feed will receive a random building component for their own Horse Stable construction.

When you complete your Horse Stable, you will receive a popup asking you if you’d like to share the news with your friends. Clicking the Share button on this popup will give you the option to post a feed to your wall that will give up to five neighbors who click on it a free Grey Horse.

Once the Horse Stable is complete, you’ll receive a Grey Horse of your own.

You’re able to store up to 20 horses in your stable and you may only have one Horse Stable per farm. Right now, you can store the regular brown Horse, the Grey Horse, and a new purchasable Pinto Horse.

Every 24 hours, you’ll be able to collect from the horses stored in your Horse Stable.

If you don't get one on your first try, don't give up - the clerk will grant you access soon enough if you keep being persistent. You can also post a request for a passport and see if some of your more well-connected Mafia members can hook you up. If you're really itching to get your travel started, bribing an official is your guarantee for instant access. Not only will you get a passport for yourself, you'll get 3 additional ones to hand out to some very lucky Mafia members.

Kingdom Wars Patch !

Kingdom Wars Put Out a Patch Today And it's a Big One ! Below are the Patch Notes Put Out By Firehelix Helper One of The Creators of The Web Game: Kingdom Wars:Elf, Men, Undead.

Servers will be down for 1 hour Due to the Patch starting on 5/8/2009 Friday Midnight US Pacific Time

Upcoming Patch include

1) Ability to delete character and start all over (you keep your alliance, tho level caps will still apply)
2) Ability to unequip a piece of equipment
3) New Content up to level 50, and MORE monsters for each existing location as well, which will introduce new choices in how you combat them
4) Energy Changes - Monster energy cost will be same regardless of level
- Regular monsters will be 1 energy (low item drop rate)
- Tough is 3 energy (moderate item drop rate)
- Elites are 6 energy (chance to drop rare)
- Bosses are 15 (chance to drop epic)
- Legends are 50 (chance to drop legendary items, good chance to drop epic, and if no legendary or epic, will sure drop a rare)
- God class is going to appear after level 100, and they will drop UNIQUES, which are just simply, godly.
5) experience/gold per energy is better with tougher monsters
6) if you are high level, and keep fighting lower level monsters, you will have less and less reward per energy, killing lower level monsters over and over will have diminishing returns.
7) Items are now gotten more often on a per hour basis than before, thus the amount that can be sold to shop will be reduced. This means there is MORE ASSET, LESS LIQUIDITY.

NEW FEATURE:
- When you attack monsters, you now have 3 types of attacks to choose from:
1) regular attack: using regular stats
2) power attack: all stats+25% in battle, using 2x the energy (you are effectively 50% more powerful with those boosts)
3) enraging blow: all stats +50% in battle, using 4x the energy (you are effectively 100% more powerful with those boosts)

Thus, if you have lower level of minions, you can choose an attack that is less energy efficient, but with more power. If you have more minions, you should always choose the most energy efficient attack.

PvP will only start after reaching level 5
